Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Specialist (full-time)
For a new programme in Haiti, Cities Alliance is looking for a full-time specialist in Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) to join our team in Cap-Haïtien. This is a local full-time position within the United Nations system.
The incumbent will lead the collaborative development and implementation of the MEL system for Cities Alliance's programmes in Haiti.
Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:
- Leading the development and implementation of MEL plans, systems and tools;
- Capacity building of partners and stakeholders in MEL and risk management;
- Monitoring progress and updating the results framework of Cities Alliance's Haiti programmes and providing data quality assessments;
- Facilitating learning sessions with stakeholders; and
- Leading the tracking and ongoing management of the risk assessment and mitigation plan.
This position will require regular travel to the Cities Alliance project sites.
