Sana’a: A City Development Strategy

This publication outlines the process of developing a city development strategy (CDS) for Sana'a, Yemen. Sana'a is Yemen’s largest city as well as its political and administrative centre.

As spelled out by stakeholders, the basic goals of Sana’a’s development over the next 20 years are identified in the book. Important elements of those goals include informed and participatory decision-making supported by strategic planning and sustainable sources of revenue.
