This report provides the results and conclusions of the first-ever survey of municipal officials in Latin America and the Caribbean on their climate change priorities, activities and needs. The survey was conducted between 2010 and 2011 as part of a World Bank Regional Technical Assistance Initiative on Strengthening Climate Adaptation Planning in Latin American and Caribbean Cities with the support of the Cities Alliance.
