Bangladesh: Digital Mapping for Climate Adaptation
The project Climate Resilience Plans Development with Digital Maps in Bay of Bengal's Cities, implemented by the women-led organization Badabon Sangho, aims at improving community resilience through learning and awareness sessions, data analysis and mapping in the port municipalities of Kuakata and Mongla in Bangladesh.
The initiative is supported by Cities Alliance Innovation and Climate Change programmes, through the Innovation Programme Call for Proposals 2020, funded by the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida) and with support from the German Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).
