MTSU: Transforming Mumbai into a World-Class City

The Mumbai Transformation Support Unit (MTSU) has issued a report on Phase I of a massive, wide-ranging initiative to turn Mumbai into a world-class city. 

The MTSU was established in 2005 by the World Bank, the Cities Alliance, USAID, and the Government of Maharashtra under the aegis of the All India Institute of Local Self-Government (AIILSG).
