A new nursery school in the outskirts of Monrovia, allows three-year-old Teetee Jargbe and nearly 80 other children from one of the country’s most populated slums to go to school. The kindergarten, funded by Comic Relief, was built through the Cities Alliance Community Upgrading Fund.
