Cities Alliance Executive Committee Meeting Agenda and Hotel Recommendations from UNEP

Dear Executive Committee,

Attached please find a proposed Agenda for your attention. I apologise for the delay, which was unfortunately necessary as we had to await final confirmation of the meeting with the OECD DAC. We were informed this morning that the senior personnel we were hoping to meet will now not be in Paris on Friday 9th. Therefore, I am proposing to reschedule this as a technical meeting with the CA secretariat, although we would be more than happy for any EXCO members to join.

Attached please find a list of suggested hotels provided by UNEP. The Secretariat staff members will be staying at the Villathena Hotel.
