The Centre for Affordable Housing in Africa (CAHF) is an excellent resource on housing finance in Africa. A division of FinMark Trust, the Centre for Affordable Housing Finance in Africa (CAHF) is a DFID funded think tank that aims to find ways to make financial markets work for the poor. A large part of their research looks at how accessible housing finance truly is, particularly for the poor.
Of particular interest are their national housing sector reviews and an interactive map tool that allows users to access housing-related information by country.
