Cities Alliance Annual Meeting Documentation Part 2

Dear Consultative Group Members,

As promised, please find attached the Evaluation on the Location and Hosting of the Cities Alliance Secretariat, which will be the main business item for our forthcoming meeting. As you will appreciate, this is a very important issue for the CG to discuss, and the sole purpose of the attached  report, which was commissioned in response to a resolution of EXCO, is to help the CG come to a clear decision.

You will note that we have classified the report as Strictly Confidential, in terms of the policies governing the Cities Alliance (WB AMS Policy 612A). Please take note of the disclaimer on the front page, which states the following:

Attached please also find the  Financial and Budget Report for FY2012-2013. We are still incorporating additional data and, therefore, the  Portfolio Analysis and Grant Processing Statistical Summary will be handed out at the meeting.
